School inclusion, inclusion in peer groups and outdoor activities and ultimately inclusion in all community activities is the goal of any ABA-based intervention for individuals with Autism or other disabilities independently of their age. A careful consideration of the student’s skills and needs is a must before designing an inclusion process and high quality training of shadow teachers, support workers and parents will guarantee that this process is effective.
